Chatswood - Painting Project

The Owners Corporation hired us to repaint the entire facades of both buildings comprising the STRATA title.

We installed anchors to perform the works, prepared for painting including: pressure washing, render repairs, skim coating, priming and painting every exterior component of each building including: gutters, eaves, fascia, walls, handrails and balcony ceilings.

With Merilux we provided a 10 year warranty on the work and materials.
