Pressure tests on the fire escape indicated leaks in the HVAC system.

Working with Cushman and Wakefield we sealed all leaks in 2 x fire-stair risers and the fire escape itself in order to improve the pressure test readings.

In total we sealed more than 25 storeys of riser using over 150 tubes of fire-rated sealant.
